Hatha to Yin Yoga at Moat House, Bardwell

Join me for a morning session of Hatha to Yin Yoga, where emphasis is on the
complementary forces of Yin and Yang that co-exist and unaware of one without the
other. The practice offers an awareness of balance within the mind, body and breath,
providing a mixture of active postures where we move, change and reveal. It is
designed to work with the muscular aspect of the body building on rhythmic
movement, whilst allowing to work deeper into the fascia, ligaments, joints and even
the bones through yielding, allowing and nourishing. All levels are welcome.

Yin Yoga Restorative at Moat House, Bardwell
Monday : 18:15pm – 19:30pm
An evening session of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga combining the quiet soft subtle
deep tissue practice of Yin Yoga with the relaxation response of a Restorative
practice. Within both practices postures are held for longer periods of time
concentrating awareness of the mind, breath and body to support mobility and
stability, whilst providing rest and relaxation in restoring balance. All levels are

Hatha Flow at The Space Studio, Burston
Thursday: 18:00pm – 19:00pm
Join me for a fusion of flowing Hatha Yoga, to uplift and balance the body and mind,
the practice gently incorporates techniques such as pranayama (yogic breathing),
Yin Yoga (relaxing held poses to deepen flexibility) and offers monthly Yoga Nidra
sessions (a 30-minute guided deep relaxation). All levels are most welcome as there
is enough variation on offer to encourage any yoga practitioner of mixed abilities.
